Behavioral/boredom issues due to ADD or ADHD are considered special needs. Intelligent, even eloquent "bad boys" who simply can't behave for a normal teacher and get accommodated as special needs could likely pull a freaky teacher.

I am pleased, thus far from what I have seen (not every match) of the officiating. On the whole, they are "letting them play" as we say over here. They are not tolerating the diving and embellishment to the point where John Strong and Stu mentioned DePaul trying to dive and being ignored more than once.

The city leaders? They're not NECESSARILY dumb; they are educated. They're quite intentional. Some of it is on purpose, in my estimation.

OP: Akchually...it's not a cathedral. Cathedral is a very specific term for the church where they bishop's chair--the symbol of his office and teaching authority, called his cathedra, is located.
Sagrada Familia IS a basilica, a term and designation of honor and historical significance.
