LSU quarterback commit Garrett Nussmeier has earned an invite to the Elite 11 which is the nation’s premier quarterback competition.

Nussmeier, a four-star prospect from Flower Mound, Texas is one of 20 finalists in the event taking place on June 29th - July 1st in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 6-2, 185-pound pro-style passer is rated the No. 6 pro-style passer in the country and the No. 13 overall player from the state of Texas, according to Rivals. His father is current Dallas Cowboys quarterback coach Doug Nussmeier.
