Why would anybody want a player that’s been at three programs in three years? Anyone else notice a pattern?

I was a line coach HS. Student trainer at LSU. I believe there are five linemen. In HS we got away 7 in college at least 12. LSU currently have coming back 2 & 4 from the portal. They at least 6 more.
