Coach Kelly has presented himself as a man with a clear vision, and a process. In this process it's clear that he is rebuilding a culture of everything across the board. I don't think he's wasting time but I do believe that it takes time and patience to be selective in getting the correct personnel from staff to players on board. This is a win.
