Talented 2016 five-star outside linebacker Lyndell Wilson from Montgomery, AL announced his top eight schools via Twitter Wednesday night and LSU was included in the mix.

Wilson will be announcing his final decision on National Signing Day.


Wilson, a 6-2, 230-pound prospect from Montgomery, Alabama (Carver HS), is rated the No. 1 outside linebacker in the country and the No. 1 overall player from state of Alabama, according to ESPN and 247Sports.

And if it means anything- following LSU's win over Syracuse, Wilson tweeted out Sunday that he had a conversation with Leonard Fournette:
