Elite five-star defensive tackle Dominick McKinley wrapped up his high school recruitment on Wednesday by signing with LSU.

McKinley, a 6-5, 290-pound prospect from Lafayette, La. (Acadiana), is rated the No. 1 player in Louisiana for the class of 2024 and a Top-5 defensive line in the country.

The highly coveted recruit was initially committed to Texas A&M but flipped to LSU on New Year's Eve. He is one of four recruits the Tigers flipped from the Aggies, joining five-star OT Weston Davis, four-star OG Coen Echols, and four-star edge rusher Gabriel Reliford.

McKinley will arrive on campus this summer.

You sign eight big 6’4” 300 pounders that can run and you can load your trenches, where Championships are won! Need more DL reinforcement!

I'll wait until he's on the field to get excited. It seems like all our 5 star dlinemen are busts.
