After being selected by the Boston Celtics in the 2019 NBA Draft on Thursday night, former LSU point guard Tremont Waters met with the media to thank LSU Basketball, coach Will Wade and Tiger Nation for getting him ready for the NBA.

He also gave a special shoutout to senior guard Skylar Mays who introduced him to fried alligator during his recruiting trip to LSU.

I miss you already Tremont. Good luck to this kid. One of the best PG in LSU history. (Behind a couple special pgs in the past of course)
