Four-star small forward Galen Alexander from Lafayette Christian Academy announced Sunday that he has committed to LSU.

He chose the Tigers over Marquette, Arizona, NC State, Western Kentucky, Memphis and TCU.

The 6-6, 215-pound prospect from Lafayette is rated the No. 15 small forward in the country and the No. 1 overall player from Louisiana for the class of 2017, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
