Talented four-star athlete Malcolm Askew from McCalla, AL (McAdory HS) committed to Auburn this weekend during the Tigers' Big Cat recruiting event, according to AL.com.

He chose Auburn over Alabama, Clemson, TCU and Ole Miss.
quote:

"All the coaches ran up and tackled me," Askew said of the moment late Saturday afternoon. "It was crazy. It was a great feeling. They came and just bombarded me. I didn't even finish what I had to say. Everybody knew what was happening."

Love these loser comments. Let the kid enjoy his moment. He is excited about his choice. We can decide in 4 years if it was the right one.
