Report: Alabama Losing New OC Ryan Grubb For NFL Job

Alabama offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb is reportedly leaving Kalen DeBoer's new staff to be the Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator.


Grubb followed DeBoer from Washington to Tuscaloosa after Nick Saban retired but will now return to the Pacific Northwest. Per AL.com:

Multiple outlets reported Friday night that Grubb is joining new head coach Mike Macdonald and the Seattle Seahawks. 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz was the first to report the news. It was quickly confirmed by The Seattle Times and ESPN. Per Bob Condotta of The Times, the Seahawks could announce Grubb’s hire tomorrow.
