Saban found his home in Ttown after wandering for years. Over the years he literally could have had any pro or college job he wanted..literally ANY

It's in the books. Bama won it playing by the same rules as everybody else. Bama wasn't playing with sick players. Hell, Saban missed the biggest regular season game of the year. If teams couldn't manage Covid protocols thats on them, not Alabama and besides, that Bama team wasn't losing no matter what.

Most have learned that his ego has tried to eclipse the program. All you have to do is look at the statue HE and the wife designed years ago. Most programs add a statue after the coach has either retired or passed on. The head to foot ratio of the thing is disproportionate to say the least.

Saban was named Bama's coach the year I retired. His teams have brought a lot of enjoyment to the fans of Alabama football.
