He'll struggle to start with but I think he'll be fine after a couple seasons.

That won't be hard. FWIW, player coaches tend to do better. I think that bodes well for Urban. Thinking back to that footage of Saban berating that lineman with the Dolphins just told me those dudes wouldn't do shite for him.
