Here's The New Aflac Commercial Campaign That Nick Saban Is Stars In
RVR Photos-USA TODAY Sports
Get ready to see Nick Saban a lot during commercial breaks this fall. The Alabama head coach is the star of a new campaign for Aflac...

Nick Saban released a statement about his Aflec sponsorship, per AL.com...
quote:

“I am excited to take on this health issue because health insurance doesn’t always cover everything, and I want to help Aflac recruit hardworking Americans so they can better protect themselves and their families,” Saban said in an Aflac press release. “When I’m sitting down with a top recruit, I know there is a lot of competition out there, so I need to be honest about why choosing my team is the best option. I think we create more value for the player just like Aflac creates that same kind of value for its customers – for most people, not having supplemental insurance coverage could be like playing the game of life without a complete team.”

Now do same script but instead of Aflac use Alabama. And you have the Alabama recruiting speech.

From the few bits of acting that he’s done, it’s hard to see how he could be such a great recruiter. No charisma or humanity at all. He looks like a compulsive gambler in a nickel slot casino: empty dead eyes, goes about his business, no clocks on the wall...

This is not exactly the pinnacle of his career. I am surprised he agreed to do this.

How much do you think that cost Aflac? By the way Mississippi State University's Davis Wade Stadium is named after Floyd Davis Wade the founder of Aflac.
