Five-star Alabama linebacker signee Lyndell "Mack" Wilson announced on Twitter this week that he has a torn labrum that will require surgery on his shoulder.

He is expected to be out 3-4 months, according to AL.com:

Wilson told AL.com's Drew Champlin that he will be out 3-4 months, which means he should be back before the Tide starts fall camp in early August.

Wilson was the No. 2 outside linebacker and No. 15 overall prospect for the class of 2016.
