Reminds me of when what's his name predicted y'all would only have 2 losses and go to the rose bowl sometime around 2000-2003

Second, you created a straw man argument by arguing that Houston Nutt would still be at Ole Miss had he achieved similar results as Dan Mullen has at State. I only brought up Houston Nuttt to point out the fact that he took Ole Miss to back to back Cotton Bowls, yet we still fired him 20 games after he accomplished something more impressive than Dan Mullen has accomplished during his entire tenure at State.
Nutt was 24-26 at OM with two NYD bowls in four seasons as a veteran head coach. Mullen is 36-28 at State with two NYD bowls and two other bowls in five seasons, his first as a head coach anywhere.

4 bowls > 2 bowls......yes.
But Cotton =/= Gator bowl...... That's like us saying the Compass Bowl in B'ham was the 2nd most prestigious bowl because it was the last one before the NC game.

The only year Nutt had a better conference record than Mullen was 2008, at 5-3. Not all that impressive considering the roster was littered with NFL talent, but I do recall you telling me Nutt had to teach them to win circa 2009-2010.
In 2009 you lucked out with a shite tastically mediocre SEC West and made it to the Cotton.
