I actually think our best shot out of the four is at LSU early on.

Agreed.

Don't disagree, but don't agree. Same with Ole Miss FWIW. Depends on MSU's DE play and OM's LB play.

If Dak can give us 250-300+ yards combined

This will happen. I'll ban bet this ish with a Tiger.

Especially if we go up early and send the fans home.

Intercept Harris on the first drive or make Fournette fumble. Some of those LSU fans may leave, go buy an MSU shirt, and come back for the rest of the game.

Not to mention LSU's freshman QB considers Dak his role model according to the twitters yesterday...

Here's what I truly think the West will look like if you look at each team's schedule rather than just picking teams.

1. Alabama (7-1). They win the West, but not without a blemish. You'll laugh, but I think Tennessee picks them off in Knoxville. Just a feeling UT is going to be a Top 25 team this year and that will be their "We're Back" moment.
2. Ole Miss (6-2). Wins Egg Bowl at home. Beats Auburn, but loses to Bama and LSU.
3. Mississippi State (6-2). Losses to Bama and Ole Miss.
4. LSU (5-3). Losses to State, Bama and Florida.
5. Auburn (3-5). Loses three they stole last year + LSU and @ Ole Miss.
6. A&M (2-6). Beats Ozark teams.
7. Bert (1-7). Beats Missouri

Our starter at RB, Josh Robinson, is also a LA native so hopefully he'll want to piss some folks off.

I'd hear it from my LSU friends but I'd be okay with that.

Shitty grind

Not even a grind, you just look mentally handicapped

The grind is so fricking weak this year

The national media is grinding for us. Plus, there's confusion on whether Grindfest goes to Baton Rouge this year.

The only reason our game was close last year was because of how early it was in the season

Once we clicked later in the season, we were much better than you

LOL of course...You are the only team that improved as the year went on. Do you realize all the aspects of that game where we can play the same card?

Stats tell the story. It wasn't that "you drastically improved as the year went on". It was that we basically simply shut down your run game..

Hear me out Tornado. Its simply how their schedule is setup.

I think Tennessee beats Florida in Knoxville to get to 3-2 (losses at Oklahoma and at Georgia). After they beat Chattanooga and are 4-2 hyped up going to Oxford where Ole Miss decleats them.

An unbeaten Alabama goes into a 4-3 Tennessee and it happens. Tennessee has that "We have it together game." and Alabama has coasted to 7-0 with just a threat from Ole Miss in Oxford.

Tennessee gets to 5-3, promptly loses to South Carolina then wins out to finish 8-4.

The only stat that kept the game close.

The fact that they ran for nearly 500 yards in the two weeks after us makes his point retarded.

Jesus Christ...go look at the 2011 Louisiana class. Most loaded thing I've ever seen.

Don't play that card, engle. I pointed out last week that we shut Auburn down and posted stats and pointed out that one of their TDs came on a botched play and one of the FGs came on the Marshall pass to himself (those two plays accounted for half their yards before the final drive and the Auburn fans couldn't stand it. No way the fourth best defense in the SEC shut them down last year. No possible way.
