I love how Ole Miss fans are making fun of our SOS. Have y'all checked some of those joke schedules the Rebs have had over the years? At least we're not scared of USM, and when we scheduled them they were coming off of 12-1.

So you play Boise after you chickened out two years earlier. What about your '09 schedule? Look that one up. At least we're scheduling DECENT OOC opponents for the next few years. I haven't heard the Rebs announce anything. Over the last 10 years we've played Oregon, West Va, Okie State, Ga Tech( the year they went to the Orange Bowl), etc. Who have y'all played besides Texas? The Blue Hose of Presbyterian?

Serious question: If Moffan wasn't 4-1 against Ole Miss, would he still be your HC? If the answer is No, you put too much value into beating Ole Miss. If your answer is yes, your program doesn't expect much of anything at all.

I actually think it's because he's been to four straight bowl games. You Ole Miss fans think to highly of yourselves. When you win 4 of 5, it gets to be old hat, boring. You forgot Wake Forest 2011 and Rice.

Beating Ole Miss in the final game got Moffan to half of your bowl games. OM fired Houston Nutt who went to two bowl games that were more prestigious than anything Moffan has gone to. My point is OM fans expect more from our program than State fans expect of theirs.

No, Ole Miss fired Nutt because he went 4-8 and 2-10 while losing three straight to Daddy Dan. If Mullen does that he will be gone also. Again, you think to highly of your program. It's not 1959 anymore.

We could go 6-6 with Damian Williams at QB fairly easy, however I think we will win 8 regular season games, 9 if lucky.

So, Mullen has went 4-8, 2-10, and lost three straight to OM? Nope. That's why Nutt was fired. I'll promise you if he had the exact same record and beat the same teams as Dan, including 4 of 5 vs. MSU,the Nutt rags would still be waving, and you know it.
