I knew it would be Bammers fault somehow and I was correct. If it wasn't for you meddling Bammers we'd have gotten away with it! We don't need no boat rocking.

But carry on, just saying [insert current winning team - UNCheats] never gets punished because they are 'protected' by their NCAA because they are a cash cow. You do realize, of course, that if they were to slam Alabama football or Kentucky basketball right now, some other program would step up and fill the void and generate the same money that's already flowing in, right?

Similar but a little more like Michael Flynn.

Sure they will, UNC is a protected cash cow for the NCAA . As is Kentucky, Bama, Ohio State, etc.
Then why did Bama, OSU and UK all get hit with violations that resulted in loss of scholarships and/or post season bans?

Lol, yeah that's what got you facing double secret probation.
You still think you dindu nuthin wrong and that this is a witchhunt, it's pathetic.

I don't think that at all...I am saying that the NCAA is labeling infractions such as those I mentioned as LEVEL 1 violations, while the Bo Davis/Nick Saban shenanigans get handled internally...the hypocracy and double standards are blatant to anyone who doesn't have a vested interest in seeing Ole Miss football burned to the ground. But I realize that 34-3(UT) asswhippings leave a lasting impression, as does 45-14(UGA), 23-17 and 43-37(Bama).

You keep throwing those examples out there as if it's the only the NCAA is accusing you of, it isn't.

Bo Davis
Bo Davis went to a high school and met with some players during a dead period, which is not now, nor will it ever be a level 1 violation. He was fired for lying to his boss and the investigator. For reference, when Trooper Taylor did it (and didn't lie to his employer) he missed three months of recruiting.
This does not compare to your staff spinning a web of illegal activities and payments. Your blatant disregard for the rules extended to every single area of the program.
The only time Alabama was implicated in something similar, the consequences were severe and crippled the program for years. THAT'S what you should be comparing to.

you gleefully stated that Ole Miss had "20 MAJOR INFRACTIONS."...do you consider those I mentioned as major infractions? review the list of LEVEL 1 infractions Ole Miss is accused of, and get back to me.

In 2004 State was hit with 4 years probation, a bowl ban and 2 (or 4?) years' TV money for a total of $1,500 of infractions, and $800 of that was to pay for two summer school classes for a recruit. Half the TV money was returned to State after the probation ended.

you are proving my point about the hypocracy of the NCAA...how much blue blood arse did Jackie kick before all that went down?

I have lost my enjoyment beating up on ole miss. It is like heckling the last player taken on the schoolyard.

I will stop. ive accepted our fate. college football seems meaningless anyway, when only a few schools are allowed to recruit at a level that will let them compete.

So...I haven't paid much attention to the Ole Miss thing lately.
Are they really up to 25 major violations?
Is this SMU-level stuff? I knew it was USC bad, but SMU bad?

Part of that $1,500.00 was the Fant tire situation wasn't it? I know the bulk of it was on recruits that ultimately didn't come to State.

Your school admitted violations and self imposed sanctions. You realize this, right?
