Have you not listen to him, read the interview or the University's initial response. Yes "by the letter of the law" he was a booster all because he had season baseball tickets for 1 season 2 years prior to Freeze coming in as the HC. But he also knew Freeze from Arkansas State and took kids to other universities to visit. This isn't the big money booster giving out no-show jobs at a factory to family members (Yes we all know about that just like I know or a certain Furniture company doing that for a State players but I don't run around squealing like a premenstrual girl like you). Plus THIS WAS SELF REPORTED all over a 2* DT who's best offer prior was the Sun Belt Conference....but then again I am arguing with an idiot so I best stop before I lower myself to your level.
Spin and minimize. Spin and minimize. The way you tell it, the NCAA should issue an apology.

Simple, they know that Hugh Freeze can beat SEC top tier teams with less talent.
No they can't. That's why everyone's eyes turned when the high level of talent started turning down traditional powers to go to a school that until recently had a confederate flag and confederate officer mascot on campus every Saturday. And the only team in the SECW that has never won the division and been to ATL for the SECCG.

Long story short we will likely get pounded by the COI but what they "found" over a +4 year investigation is nearly laughable. No one can say with a straight face that their own school wouldn't suffer the same exact thing if the NCAA did likewise at their school.
I will shorten the long story even shorter: Don't publicly challenge the NCAA then let them in.

This would be Freeze's lawsuit not Ole Miss'.
If the NCAA comes down hard , specifically on Freeze, what does he have to lose ? If Freeze
were to prevail in a lawsuit , the damages claimed
from a loss of his career could be quite substantial.
Once it gets into court the NCAA isn't judge and jury.

I'm still laughing about how winning 9 regular season games two years in a row is some huge feat
At most schools, I would agree with you. But Ole Miss has never won 10 games in the regular season and has never played in the SEC championship game. See tList. So for them, winning 9 games is a monumental feat.

Let me tell what to do. Go to your closest pharmacy, walgreens, CVS or anywhere that sells tampons. Buy a tampons or better yet a whole box. Go home and insert them slowly. That is what your acting like right now.

Wow how soon we forget that right from Tunsil's own lips/taxts/tweets a coach paid some of his so called living expenses and we are to believe it was a one time anomoly? Seriously folka. Given the language made known you can easily see that the coach was a known pipeline/intermediary to access "petty ca$h" when you went through you legal stipend and your boo$ter$ allotment. You know, "to help make end$ meet"

Too bad there was no way to see that he was actively recruiting kids to Ole Miss. I know that Freeze and Bjork aren't big twitter users, so no way they could've seen this.

Tunsil was cleared by the NCAA investigators (the $305 brought up by the criminal hacking of his telephone -- known beforehand by a State hack writer who is also a criminal).
Oh, you forgot that part?

Oh you like crimal procedure regs when it clears your guy. Bet your view would be the opposite if a technicality would throw out a armed robbery with murder suspect's confession, items stolen and a ballistic matching gun as "fruit of the poisonous tree"
We all know what happened regardless where the evidence came from and it is obvious that this pattern of dipping into petty ca$h was not the first time only time it happened.

This is so dumb.
If it goes to the courts, then the NCAA lawyers are granted discovery powers. You really think the Ole Miss wants to give the NCAA subpoena power to access athletic department emails and phone records? You are dreaming.
Man up and take what's coming.

That guy is the worst. He's been made a fool on other boards and after his "inside information" ended up embarrassing the shite out of him he quit posting there. Don't argue with him.

Tell me more about this lurker? I mean you see me defending Barney or the loaner vechicles?
In regards to discovery in courts there is a lot of supposition how Ole Miss has everything to loose and the NCAA has nothing to loose...I think the last several times this has happened it was the NCAA that ended up with a shite sandwich (i.e. Miami and USCw). You really think they have recently cleaned up thier act that much?

yet you did.
He was a booster and an avid fan of ole miss. But under the guise of FCA, he was helping the needy. Actualy it was 4 and not your (1) 2* you listed. He was constantly providing transportation, clothing, and paying telephone bills for ole miss propsects and even taking them to the Birmingham Bowl. Paying for hotel rooms. His list of violations are a-p, not some casual oh-hum no big deal type of thing. It was to the tune of over $2,000. But either he and the ole miss staff were the biggest bunch of idiots in not seeing that and you're naive enough to believe that, or maybe they saw it as an opportunity to maybe skirt some rules and play ignorant. I'm guessing the NCAA thinks the latter.
BTW, the NCAA doesn't distinguish between 2 stars or 5 stars. A prospect is a prospect.
