I'll say no, mostly because he also had a receiver that was about 6'5" and could grab a fly out the window while driving. Unbelievable hands.

Evans bailed him out a lot.

Cam is a better runner and passer than Tebow.
Cam is a better runner and passer than Johnny.

Good list. But Tebow can't throw, Johnny is a head case, addict, and all around douche, and $Cam should have been ineligible from day one.

But Tebow could throw in college, Johnny's struggles were irrelevant at A&M, and Cam played

Tebow ripped up in college

172 passer rating his junior year
164 passer rating his senior year

51 TDs to 9 picks those 2 seasons

Cams the goat. The only thing Manziel was able to do better than the names discussed was extending the play. Once the defenses figured out how to make him throw he really wasn't good enough to win.

There is no comparison between him and Cam. Cam was/is a physical specimen

Again. You are not correct. This is made up history. Does Joe Montana suck because Dwight Clark made a great catch on a terrible jump ball? Does Roger Staubach suck because Drew Pearson caught the Hail Mary?

A&m doesn't go 8-5 without Johnny

That's pretty ignorant. Bama had the ball at 1st and goal with 1 minute to play, but Nuss decided after running it 70 yards on that dude, to throw it 3 times. There were also done absurdly lucky plays in that game, where he just tossed it in the air.

He was a damn good college QB. But he wasn't as good as Cam.

But as far as "best sec player in the last 20 years", if it's not Cam, it's probably a defensive player.

Mathieu is better than all of them. Not a single defensive player getting any love - when the conference is known for defense and not offense.

Cam threw for 3,000 yards and 30 TDs on a team that hardly threw the ball. He also had 1500 yards rushing and 20 TDs and didn't attempt a run in two games. People forget that Cam brought AU back from multiple double digit leads and a certain loss, on the road, against the defending National Champs.

1.Cam
2.JFF
3.Tebow

I think Cam is the only one of the 3 that would have won a National Championship with all three of AU, IF, and A&M.

The answer is yes. Everyone will disagree but that's because he is a douche and no one likes him.

hell dak was better than manziel. Manziel had a great O line and some great receivers. you can't get away with that garbage in the NFL. You can against subpar SEC teams to pad stats tho

Let's not forget that Dak caught a touchdown pass, ran for multiple ones, and threw for several in multiple years. How many TD passes did Johnny catch?
