I'm not remotely concerned with Tre White matching up on Duke Williams or Kendell Beckwith coming up to lay a hit on whoever is carrying the ball. As long as we can get 400 total yards, this is LSU's game to lose.

^ I laughed very hard at your sig. Classic! The second time I read it was in a Les voice. I wonder if he said it without smirking. hahahaha.

Also noticed there are 2 sigs on page 7 that quote texag. Some real shite that was quoted. Some heavy, look in the mirror, shite. lol.

Kevin Steele isn't going to lead a top 5 defense, much less number 2. That's laughable.
LSU will have a top 5 SEC defense. We are absolutely stacked. Feel free to bookmark this and blow it up in my face if we don't.

How did that work out? Welcome to BR Kevin Steele. Goot ruc.

Lmao i love it. Tries to lay the ranking boom, backfires, then directs attention to overall season success. Never change, Gumps

Since you're here... What exactly is a "gump"?

Well, that first quote wasn't mine but TotDef was pretty much identical for the two. Grats on the moral victory.

HA! I guess that would make me a gump for not figuring that out.

Knee jerk reaction was hog D, top 6. Both mizzou DE's are gone, right? That'll kill ya'll, ya?

I don't see the front 7 on LSU's defense being that great at all. Got abused by Auburn, State, and Notre Dame last year. Lost their starting defensive ends and best linebacker.

Did well against Ole Miss and A&M because those teams couldn't run the ball anyway. Bama's offense struggled in almost all of their true road games last year

I could see SC and Auburn being the two most improved defenses this year. Two very good defensive hires. A&M should also improve but will still be bottom half of the west. On paper Alabama should be number one in the west and uga one in the east.

Iunno. A&M played an absurd amount of freshman on defense, Watts, Henderson and Garrett all started Day 1, with tons of other freshman seeing significant playing time.

This may be true, but UT played more freshmen than anyone in the country

Was not trolling, everything I said was and is factually true. LSU no longer has an elite defense, DWI.

2014 LSU conference ranks (defense):

Scoring - 2nd
Rushing - 7th
Passing - 1st
Total - 1st

So, you're stupid. DWI.

I knew before I looked you'd have us in the bottom half - some people just can't keep up with the shifting tides of football

LSU's DTs were all freshman and sophomores in 2014. The fact they finished in the top half of the conference in rushing D is actaully an accomplishment.
