Find a niche and stick to it. Multi-family is a strong opportunity, but you've got to clean a ton to be profitable. Doctor's offices, banks and the like should be your target.
And this is yet another reason why I can't wait to beat Texass on the regular. WPS
This will be an outdoor bar on the top floor of the North End Zone. The renderings are amazing. We shall see if it pans out.

Loge boxes are supposedly going where the Foul Pole Patio is.
Football:

New LED board in South End Zone (currently replacing)
New Ribbons (boards) around entire stadium
New Bar Area in North End Zone

Basketball:

Facelift (all aesthetics)

Baseball:

Additional loge boxes

Did the OP sign anything?

I only signed the Non Compete as part of the Offer Letter in 2020.

One question I have. Did you take a package when you were laid off? Or, did they tell you to GTFO? If you took a package, eh, ok, I can see the company’s point. If they threw you out, frick um.

Did not receive a severance package. Was paid out through my current pay period and received the (partial) bonus that was owed in Q3.

Yes, was part of the Offer Letter.

Non Compete Question

Posted by HolyBreesus13 on 12/17/22 at 8:31 pm
I was part of a round of layoffs in August of this year. When I received my separation docs, my company sent me their Non Compete and said that I'd need to adhere to it. I had multiple opportunities in the same industry/space I was in but opted not to pursue those as I didn't want to include a new employer in the "drama".

The Non Compete states that I must not seek competitors in the space for 24 months and any state that they currently do business in (40 states) + any state they anticipate doing business in (?). I was in a mid-level Sales Leadership Role that oversaw 6 states.

I have decided to consult with an Attorney but that process is taking forever. Anybody have any advice? Anyone an Attorney? Thanks!

All he said is that he wasn't ready to name the DC, but the new DC would be just as innovative on defense as we will be on offense.
