Have you seen old lady bent over at waist or old man w/ prosthetic leg or Traveler w/ dog & electric bike at same intersection? Diff panhandler every day. Dixon McMakin passed fluff bill last year adding public rights of ways to places where panhandling illegal but where is he or Mayor Sid on enforcement. Really may take car running over panhandler to get attention. Mayor Broome certainly didn’t do anything to prevent BR from becoming panhandler vacation destination.

We went up there few weeks ago for the weekend for the first time. Stayed at the Grand. Everything is walkable except coming back from under the hill saloon. We ate at the Pig Out, The Castle, Biscuits and Blues, and a new place called Rendezvous. We hit the Corner Bar, Andrew’s and Frankie’s. Of course we tried the maragarita’s at Fat Mama’s. Downtown is a tourist destination, so you can walk around with drinks. We will be going back.

It is always nice to see someone like MOP be wrong especially when it is MOP herself. She says it will be 5-10 years of litigation. Is she going to do that pro bono or will cash strapped EBR pay for it?

It worked very well. Landry gutted it to $3 million. I don't remember what Donelon had started with, but it quickly was used up by La. homeowners. I think a grant of $10k to strengthen your home

Ask Gov Landry to put back the money he cut from Fortify your Home program. Raise your deductible as much as possible. Save repayment of your interest free loan to the government for your hurricane deductible instead of blowing at Bass Pro

I’m gonna repeat what Alabama football fans don’t want to admit. Just like @247Sports college football team talent rankings conclude, Alabama is the most underachieving college football team EVER. With all of the advantages, recruiting, free cars, NIL, etc., Alabama football has come up woefully short based on the hype. Based on hype and talent, Alabama should have steamrolled 8 of the last 10 championships. Alabama football is a paper tiger, nothing but hot air, and Saban and his coaching staff have been exposed.
