leaking brass connections

Posted by ds4ua1020 on 10/13/21 at 2:24 pm
I recently installed a couple of brass connections to bridge the flow of water between my hot/cold supply lines and a new faucet for a clawfoot tub. I used plumbers tape on the threads before tightening. After tightening to the maximum extent possible, small individual beads of water slowly form at the connections, resulting in a drip once per 5 minutes or so. It would be quite difficult for me to attempt to re-seal these connections. Any recommendations for stopping these beads forming from the outside?

I've been researching over the past two weeks and have found that there is disagreement about which cleaner is most effective when scrubbing walls, ceilings, etc. Does this board have a recommendation? I've read articles about TSP, bleach, ammonia, etc. Obviously I will replace all light fixtures, blinds, etc. And I will have the air ducts cleaned. Any advice from someone with experience on best practices would be most appreciated!

If Joe was really winning, he’d be in the basement, not in MN.
Likely they were too afraid to admit they are voting for MAGA

Does MN have early voting?
Can this be taken up again in late October after ACB is confirmed?
Hard to imagine James winning in MI and Trump losing MI. Good poll
If his approval is over 50, he’ll have well over 300 electoral votes. Not counting cheating, of course.

The biggest threat right now is fear and panic. Hospitalization numbers are key. Hopefully the vast majority of these students will have mild symptoms. But what does it say about UA leadership that they had all summer to plan for this and were unprepared?
