Each time I watch it, I pick up something new. The drawing of the Chili’s that’s reminiscent of Pam’s drawing of the office. The last shot showing everyone waving at the camera like the corporate video that Dunder Mifflin made (I would have flown a paper airplane in front of it). Nice work, Chili’s!

The only reason

Hey, remember that you took out our QB for the season in the first half of that game? And how we had to play the entire second half with a QB who hadn’t taken even a single snap in an SEC game the entire season? And we STILL beat you?

But yeah, keep telling yourself “the only reason”’you lost was because your kicker had “the yips.” Whatever, dude - we beat y’all twice.

3 SEC teams made it to the CFP, and half way through, Texas stands alone. The proud SEC, would be shutout of the final 4 but for Texas.

Texas ended our QB’s and punter’s season in the SECCG. It could possibly be argued that the SEC would be shut out of the final 4 BECAUSE of Texas.

We still should have beaten Notre Dame, but didn’t. It happens. But Texas certainty didn’t do us (or the SEC) any favors.

Ole Miss beat Georgia
Georgia beat Texas
Tennessee beat no one (lost to Georgia once)
Texas beat no one (lost to Georgia twice)
Mizzou beat no one

Stockton was 20/32 for 234 yards, 1 TD, and no INTs.

Leonard was 16/24 for 90 yards and 1 TD, no INTs.

If UGA didn't belong in the playoff "because we were playing the backup QB", then what does that say about Notre Dame? Stockton had 2.5X as many yards as the ND QB, and in his first collegiate start at that. The QB wasn't the problem - that game was decided on a couple of really bad turnovers.
I've been cursing the Xfinity stream app the entire game. Has been glitching and freezing like crazy. Except during the commercials, of course. :(

You are such an idiot.

It seems to be rampant with posters who have either word "dawg" in their name, or the silly beside their name.

I have “dawg” in my name.

I’m also a native of Georgia, graduated from UGA, and have a doctorate in computer engineering and a bachelors degree in mathematics.

Also, UGA had back-to-back Rhodes scholars in 2023 and 2024. We were the only school in the SEC to have a 2024 Rhodes scholar.

But yeah, keep calling us “idiots” if it takes your mind off getting beaten twice by us in your first year in the SEC…
He played in ONE SEC game this season.

The SEC Championship game.

Came in cold off the bench in a losing game in the second half.

And beat y’all.

Stockton has an SEC championship win.

How many does Texas have again?

I play it as part of the postlude at church during football season during home game weekends and big games. Hearing the Redcoats play that in Sanford is one of my all-time favorite UGA traditions.

Now, if we could get them to play the college band version of the B-52s’ “Roam” as in the Marriott commercials this year…

They were in the SEC.

And ran away.
I voted in Cobb County (Georgia) around 11:30 this morning and there was no line. Walked in, voted, walked out.
In my East Cobb Atlanta neighborhood, all of the houses that in previous years had Biden/Harris, Stacey Abrams, John Ossoff, etc. signs — not a single one has a Harris/Walz sign.
Atlanta used to run commercials for Slopes BBQ. A lot of them are on YouTube, like this one:

3) Quincy Carter – whatever that year was at LSU

He also had one of the worst single game Georgia QB performances in my memory. September 2000 - Dawgs ranked ninth or tenth, South Carolina just one game removed from a 21 game losing streak. Sure thing, right?

Quincy Carter threw five interceptions. Five. And we lost 21-10.

That one still stings.
One of the worst days in my divorce prep was when I was talking to a financial auditor and she literally started screaming at me that I was going to get screwed, and that “if you want justice, you’re not going to find it in a courtroom.” That shook me so bad that I didn’t eat for days.

Luckily, I prepped like crazy, searched until I found a lawyer who had worked with my wife’s lawyer in the past and knew how to deal with her, and I got a judge who saw through my wife’s BS after we showed multiple examples of her flat out lying in her discovery. I came out far, far better than I expected, even though it was still a heavy loss.
Get a good lawyer. Sometimes you get lucky. I got divorced, but kept the house, my car, pretty much everything - it was something like an 80/20, 85/15 split, in my favor. I didn’t even have to pay off the credit card she’d run up, etc. The judge actually awarded me even more than MY lawyer had asked for. My ex was NOT happy. ??
A few years back when there was a big jackpot, my ex-wife bought a ticket and posted a picture of it on her Facebook page. I immediately bought a ticket with the same numbers and so did several of my friends: I thought it would be hilarious if she somehow won… and then found out she had to split the jackpot with me. :)
I was severely depressed when my wife filed for divorce. But I went to work and prepped hard, and it paid off. The judge basically called my wife a whore when denying her alimony (but in legal terms), and during the actual hearing, my lawyer destroyed my ex. The judge actually awarded me even more than MY lawyer asked for - turned out to be an 80/20, 85/15 split, something like that, and I kept the house and didn’t have to pay off any of her debt. A year later and I’m pretty darn happy.
There was a link to a post here in the comments on a sports story in the Atlanta Journal / Constitution back during the “As The Plains Burn” era. Been hooked on this site ever since, and introduced several other people to it.
