I wish teachers started off making twice that. Then we'd see more "top of the class" students going into teaching, which would increase our quality of education and our society as a whole.

You'd be surprised how safe most chemical plants are (especially DOW). The materials are hazardous but you work at a snail's pace at best.

Dog and Pony show, you really think Mississippi has been sneaking slavery in all these years? We can't be fat, dumb, and sneaky too. Besides I wasn't comparing Mississippi and Louisiana. Mississippi has tons of trash, most of it is located outside of the college towns though (except Hattiesburg, that place is terrible)
