was disappointed when I clicked on the thread and saw this wasn't a documentary about Eric Stolt

Solid. Award yourself 3 bonus points

why do you care?

Because of the elderly people who need the spots that are being taken by the fraudsters.

Elderly people and handicapped people are not the same thing. Elderly people do not get to park in handicapped spots.

Maybe 1 in 100 times I see someone parking in a handicapped spot do they have some visible mobility impairment.

Unless you yourself are mobility impaired and the place you are visiting doesn't have enough impaired parking sports - - why do you care? Man, enjoy the time in your life when you can park at the outer end of the lot and get some freakin exercises. Everyone wants to be the boss of someone these days. Just mind your own business
GREAT career? One of the best.

GREAT actor? Not really

Also, how did you come to your macro counts? Being in a smaller deficit might be better for you if you are working out daily. At 221 and 33%, is 1800 actually enough?

Someone with more expertise might be able to give you better advice though.

Truthfully? Claude AI

are you weighing/measuring everything?

Everything? No....some things at home, but I am nevertheless very cognizant of the portion and am diligently making good estimates and even taking pics and uploading them. I am trying to keep any side dish ( usually veggies) at 1/4 -1/3 c portion. Since on GLP-1 I am not eating full portions any more - - so if a chicken breast is 8oz and I eat 1/2 - - I log 4 oz. I have gotten off of sugar and candy and about 90% off Fast Food. In a rare situation where I get stuck somewhere and I have to do Fast Food, I will order a grilled chicken sandwich and strip it down to just the breast no bun. I am not grazing through the day like I used to.

I appreciate the advice thus far - - I am logging everything I eat into Claude and having Claude track Macros through the day. Claude gives me a running total and starts telling me how to adjust each day to hit my targets. Has worked pretty good so far - - well, until the past couple weeks. Maybe I will adjust calorie target to 1700 and see what happens

Plateau Break Thrus???

Posted by Barrister on 9/2/26 at 8:02 am
Hey guys…. I finally decided to make lifestyle and health changes. Been in TRT a while but was still eating like a fat kid at a birthday party. Decided to get on GLP-1, log food and work out daily.

Keeping calories at 1800 or below and protein at 165-180.

Dropped 15lbs (236 -221) quickly but have stalled at 221 for about 2.5 weeks now. I know some of this can be attributed to water retention and other aspects of muscle repair but Lord knows- - at 33% BF i have a long way to go.

Any thoughts on this stall and/ or how to jump start it? Thinking I need to up cardio but sure am open to hearing from those who have handled this issue in their past.

Thanks.
Bravo. Could have walked another mile and I would’ve watched. Lord knows there are enough memes.

Ready to Drink Protien Shakes

Posted by Barrister on 8/23/26 at 12:06 pm
Now that ready to drink protien shakes are in every convenient store and are containing 40+ grams of protein…. How many of you guys are using this as an easy way to max out your protein intake?

Any downside to 1 or 2 of these per day to help hit goal?

Amazes me how irony escapes people when it is jumping up and down screaming in their face.
Greens are crap. They are rebuilding 4 of them and have what amounts to a Home Depot bucket buried in the middle of the fairway.

Go play Country Club at Golden Nugget instead
I hope you’re right. I bought a bunch of BROS stock earlier this year
Yknow…. I just don’t know why stuff like this is newsworthy. If you walked into a DFW restroom and saw it you’d probably think - - “well that something you don’t see every day” - - and give it zero further thought.

But Noooooo…. We have to splash it all over media with the implied message that there is something sinister about a freakin foot washing station.

I wish someone would install bidet’s in these places but that ain’t ever gonna happen because there is nothing controversial about the French who desire their asses cleaner than ours.
Who cares??? Now, if they installed bidets we have something to talk about!!!
