Terry Bowden. He has Akron in a bowl.
re: Anyone think Tom Herman is a bit overrated?

Fuente is the next super star coach. His body of work is really impressive. Herman I just gotta see at least 2-3 more seasons of consistency before I'm sold on him. The cup board wasn't bare at Houston that's for sure.

They should go get Terry Bowden
re: Why tom Herman over Larry Fedora?

I will never get hyped when a guy comes in and wins right away with someone else's players. Let's see how good Herman is when his players are in there. Fuente is a lot attractive then Herman.

The chop block on Dorsey changed the season in my opinion.

Only if Dennis Dixon didn't get hurt. We don't win the title.

You know what's gonna happen they get some QB who was kicked off a SEC team. Said player starts at QB with new coach then they win the SEC and go to the Natty. Jacobs has it down to a science.

The 2003 team was not the 04 or 05 team idk why that matters.

They might of been the favorite but they wouldn't have play any team that had the speed that LSU had that year. Lendale White said it best when he was talking about playing Texas that he hadn't had that kind of speed against them. LSU had 4 NFL DB's on the field and all 4 defensive linemen starting went on to play in the NFL. Our QB play is what would be my concern Mauck was a average QB at best.
