Typical relocation the sellers sign the house over to relocation and they act as sellers. If it was an accepted offer it’s likely not even the occupants house to sell/back out of at that point. Most contracts if you would have backed out the relo company would be stuck with house as inventory.

The Andoine museum is one of the worst run things on campus, eventually I will have my own museum or take that one over when I can stop working full time.

Would take some heat yes, but they get nothing out of losing to UGA or unlikely beating them and you just have an even bigger what could have been while not having any real shot at a split championship. Just give the establishment a big middle finger. Hell just player opt outs takes the heat off the school and nobody would blame the players after getting screwed.

I don’t think they made them that year, the work around was to buy a previous year and maybe get a trophy name plate made…could be wrong since it’s been a decade since I thought about it.
