Same here. Mine was October 21, 2020 at 48. Last smoke was the night before.
To the op, as others have said - it's a lifestyle change. Find a new or old hobby to occupy the fixation of the taking a drag motion. It all comes down to how badly do you want to change for yourself and your family. Good luck!

For personal reasons = NYD 2018 citrus bowl. Watched that in the hospital with my dad. Would be the last game we ever watched together as he passed away 3 weeks later.
Otherwise, not sure I'd have back any others. You never know if 2019 happens with the obvious ones that still burn.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a formula for A3 below.
A1= amount
A2= election percentage
A3 = if the election percentage is >= 7, multiply amount by .04
if the election percentage is > 1 but < 7, multiply amount by .03
If the election percentage is <= 1, multiply by .02
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
