No what it means is that we actually have a competent offense this year. Don't worry, you will find out soon enough.

If you've watched the NFL the past few years you would understand that teams are placing more and more value in versatile, explosive slot guys.
Percy Harvin, Randall Cobb, Tavon Austin, Dexter McCluster. All have been round 1-3 picks and all have enough versatility to do things like run the ball occasionally out of the backfield and field returns.
Christion Jones is cut from the same mold and I see him easily being a 2nd or 3rd round guy. Even Saban has alluded to the fact that the kid is good enough to play running back.

Christian Jones is an do it all type player. To say he's not a Round 1-3 draft pick next year is crazy. The kid leads the SEC in kickoff returns and punt returns, leads the team in receptions, and the coaches have enough confidence in his talent to line him up in the backfield several times a game. He's a smart kid with high mental capability and has STAR written all over him in the NFL. He's the type guy that comes in and makes an immediate impact for a team.

Who gives a damn how many 1000 yard receivers we have. Bama's first 4 WR's, Jones, Cooper, White, and Norwood, will be round 1-3 NFL draft picks over next two years. That is FACT.

Bama's been consistent but not spectacular and may have 4 out of 5 NC's. That pretty much sums up the gumps. It is a run that no one thought was possible in this day and age. Until someone beats them (and I hope we do) I don't have a problem giving them props--the team has earned it.
I don't know what it takes to be spectacular for you. I'd say the run that Bama is on and the consistency in which they dominate teams, week in and week out, is pretty damn spectacular. It is a well-oiled machine at this point.

It's a Dutchtown signing ceremony, you know, where all the kids sign their letters-of-intent.
Hard to fathom for ya, isn't it?
Maybe the kid isn't a primadonna and you guys are just overly paranoid/ butthurt. That would be my guess.
Hope this helps.

Yeah Trent left at 10:30. Jefferson was still playing craps at 1:30 this morning, but who's counting? :)

I can tell you that Bama will relish that opportunity.

Saban will avenge the embarrassment of November 5th.
And this place will explode when it happens.

It's pretty common sentiment that these are the two best teams.
Let them play again, and If BAMA wins it's a split.
I do understand why Tigah fans don't want a rematch. It's a lose-lose situation for them.
But the BCS was created to play #1 vs #2.
Let them play.

So you would say that Oregon was a tougher game than Bama.
That Oregon is a better team than Bama?
Really?

Jesus Christ teams lose. Not very often is the BCS champion undefeated. Obviously you wouldn't know anything about that. I'm not campaigning for a rematch but if Alabama is deserving of being ranked #2 in the BCS at the end of the season then what's your argument against the matchup?
I mean, of course LSU fans would lobby against a rematch. The only team that has outmanned them shite the bed and they got out alive. Chances it happens again are slim and none.
