well, i guess this will slow the increase in the number of new hires to fix pot holes and streets as she promised on a commercial that was aired nonstop in the campaign. I think they will be holding steady at 4 employees if no staff is reduced due to the deficit.

Last time I was in NOLA, Decatur was torn up with "an improvement" that might be finished by Mardi Gras. I know that is a S&WB problem, but still doesn't help all of the businesses that want tourist access for $.

Always was. I was born in 1970and all that I can remember is my dad’s hate for ole miss and Tulane.

Ole Miss hate was passed down and remained, but I’ve gotten over Tulane, ( even the early 80s) .

Lying my arse off, f ole miss and Tulane……. Just because.

Spin-off thread would be the Vince Gibson years. Wheelbarrow races on WWL, the house on Morrison in the east with the lsu roof, and the fight in the end zone at TS just to start. Great few years in football and basketball.

A lot of older baws on the OT are feeling a little stress as well.

My dad taught automotive at Delgado and I wish he would have pushed me into vocational. Age caught me and I can’t hold up a transmission or climb in attics in June, but my son is a tankerman and loves it.
