The 2013 class will be very important for Zo. Nichols, Crawford, Hubbs, Landry would be a top 5 class.

Maybe a top 20 class.
He has a twin brother that wants a Miami offer. Not the same caliber of player as Mackensie though.
Thank God there aren't people all over the world who are starving or cities in America who just had their whole town destroyed by tornadoes.
This thread is funny. Vols by 10.

I plan on going to the UT-NC State game and I'm trying to get an estimate of ticket prices. How much did you guys pay for the UGA-Boise game?

Word on the street is Shannon will be hired early next week if not the weekend. Dooley top candidate was Steele with Shannon being a close #2 and Dave Hart said Shannon was the guy.
This sucks. Best 2 coaches we had and Sirmon was by far our best recruiter.
Don't get me wrong, I don't 100% agree with the way the situation is being handled. But if you look at the details like Arnett's mom's statement about the father, the father being sick before Arnett signed with UT, and Coach Baggett being the #1 reason Arnett came to UT, things don't add up the way the media is trying to make them. IMO, I let him go just to avoid the negative attention. But it's not like he wasn't given an option by going to a smaller school. Alex Bullard, UT's starting center, went through the same situation. He wanted to be closer to home to be closer to a sick family member. Bullard paid his own tuition to UT this year because he wasn't unconditionally released.

Even if 100% true it doesn't matter. Perception is reality and the perception is that Dooley is keeping him from going to a big school close to his father and family.

Notice his mother saying that his father wasn't involved in DeAnthony's life.
VolFan30.....where exactly are you seeing this?
Explain his mother saying this during his recruitment:

"I had heard how recruiting would be, but to be in it, it was like, 'Wow,' " Virginia said. "I felt like I handled it pretty good. DeAnthony did very well, I think because his brothers kind of got involved."

DeAnthony's father "never knew how to be a father," Ralph said, so Virginia relied on her sons to serve as de facto father figures for one another. Ralph looked up to Eric as a father and DeAnthony does the same with Ralph.

He wants to leave because Coach Baggett retired and that's the only reason he came to UT.
"Basically, they've been telling me that they need a running back guy as soon as possible to help get the program back where it used to be," Bourque said.

Bourque said he really enjoyed getting to know Graham, a former Tennessee tailback, when he first visited a few weeks ago.

"It was like we had a close bond, quick. It was as if we knew one another. We just went back and forth asking each other questions and just getting to know each other better," he said. "He kind of showed me the new facility they're going to have. I think they're building some kind of complex. It's not finished yet, but coach Graham had an iPad and was showing what it was going to look like when it was finished this summer."

"To be honest, (I'm) kind of confused. But, with the relationship I have with Tennessee it's different than all these other colleges because all these other colleges besides Tennessee are all telling me the same thing just to try to get me there; they're trying to bring me in at a position I'm not trying to play. Receiver, safety, linebacker and I've never played linebacker a day in my life. I've never played that before. So, I don't understand why they would out me there or something like that," Bourque said.
Bourque said that Tennessee's offer to play running back and that being the only position talked about is giving him a lot to think about with the Vols.

"A lot of schools are telling me I don't really have the size to play running back and stuff like that, but then again they're saying I have to get in there and develop. The way they're saying is I'll have to go there and sit down behind a bunch of people. But, with Tennessee, they're telling me I have a college frame now and I just need to get in the weight room and get stronger and faster. Tennessee said that when they watched my film I was the type of guy they were looking for," Bourque said. -Volquest

Just wondering how bothered you guys would be if he flipped to UT? I just started following his recruitment.

Dooley will be at Tennessee at least 5 years. No way he's let go after 3 seasons.
Your an idiot. He doesn't deserve the opportunity he is receiving and the only reason he is on the team is because Kiffin is just as slimy as he is.
