@woopigsooie20
Why do you think bama will finish at 11-1 and LSU 9-3?

I think that is what most AU fans do think. AU did lose a LOT, but we have 2 of the best recruiting classes probably since the Cadillac, Brown, Campbell era, so we are still excited to see how these younger players come in and play. I think there will be growing pains this year, but watch our for 2012.

I hate to say it WG_Dawg, but I hope y'all come out swinging against Boise St. That is going to be a tough game. Good ole fashioned SEC D smack in the mouth should take care of the blue smurfs!

Isn't that JUCO transfer going to be starter for LSU? An LSU fan here in Nashville said he had a great spring and will end up starting. If he is good enough, LSU will be tough to beat. I think LSU will win the West, but it is going to be a hard fought West Division, as I think Bama, Arky, AU, and MSU could all beat LSU. LSU and Bama will likely have the better Defenses, but bama will have a new inexperienced QB, as will Arky and AU. Wilson is fully capable of coming in as a starter and leading the Hogs to the West crown, b/c I think he is that good. MSU returns a lot of good players with experience at QB and won't be ignored by anybody. My Auburn Tigers will have a new QB, rebuilding OL and DL, but I think will be formidable. There will be more talented athletes on the field with the past 2 recruiting classes, but just inexperienced. Some really good skill players around Trotter at QB could be the solid balance needed for the passing game.

I think LSU will be ready for the Ducks attack. AU won the BCS NC game by controlling the LoS on both sides of the ball, almost 150 yards rushing, while holding the Ducks to 75 yards. LSU will and always does have a DL that is just as good and quick as AU's DL was last year. That game winner could be the preview of the 2012 BCS NC game winner. Big key will be how well the Ducks D can fill the holes from loses of key players last year and handle the LSU running game. It will be a very good game.

The OL will have 3 guys on it with game experience from last year. That group will not be as bad as everyone thinks. But, yea, we could go 10-3 after winning the BCS NC? That would not be an awful year especially since we don't/won't have everyone and their mother saying we are going to repeat. Any of that sound familiar?
