First is marrying my wife but I did t think of it as a financial decision at the time.
2) was selling our house in 2020 before covid caused crazy inflation and the interest rates were super low.
We got in at 25yr fixed sub 3%. House has done nothing but gain in value since then

You seem to be making an argument that my anger and frustration about this game is stupid and a waste of time..And I can agree that YES..If it was only about this specific game it would be..especially in the context of it being only this game. Well that's awesome you don't give a frick about 343 changing a classic and cheer for a studio that makes sure the game bows to the new requirements of "modern gaming"
You probably loved the choices of Chris Nolan's new Odyssey as well..Sure why should I give a frick that they race swapped a woman who is supposed to be beautiful to a black chick that is hideous from a story that is one of the pillars of western civ. I mean if I happen to have a strong opinion on this publicly the ONLY thing that could mean is I am just racist and hate black people right? right ?
it's the same thing as what was done to Halo. It's rewriting things just to make people who hate the original source happy. frick doing that and frick people that don't realize what is happening. So they held the 20mil ..rolled it to this year. Then you fired BK (thanks Aggs) Then you tell a great coach at ole miss that if he comes to LSU it's his program do what you want, then tell him his budget is double what every other schools rev share is. Then tell him we have third party NIL setup through Nike using our Marketing Agency.
I dont think LSU will be able to do this every year. But it's a hell of a way to start a new era here.

IDK how you measure how good a player is, but I like PFF.
Seaton was rated higher than our previous year left tackle who was drafted in the 1st round and plays for the patriots. :dunno:
I'm not a professional at player evauls..and we obviously know CLK doesn't know how to find talent or develop it. SO you are prob right that Seaton sucks.
