He's no fraud.
He was the first astronaut to have a successful EVA (space walk/work), on Gemini 12, which helped paved the way for missions to the moon.
He was a little arrogant though, but I guess he had earned it !!!...

That is correct, you must have a ticket for your baby no matter how young it is. If this was a baseball game, the baby would not need a ticket. Children 3 and under do not need a ticket for baseball games at the B...
