Artwicklu, Sorry, I am with Saleen on this one. I for one when taking these trips to SEC Championship games are looking at the trip as more than a football vacation. I usually meet groups of friends from diffrent states and we like to have a great time in the town itself. Totally burnt out on Atlanta. Now Miami, would be awesome to enjoy the game then go out in the town of Miami, or Dallas, and hang out with Friends. Not a big fan of the Nashville site though. Rotating would seem a lot more interesting.

re: Greg Davis as OC...Thoughts?

Davis is terrible , Vince young and Colt mccoy saved this job for 7 years, just running around and making plays.

the diagram nailed it that speedy put up.

10 for 1st down, Lets to a 5 and out. stupid.

Also with the Texas Recruits to Not have any running game at all. Colt mccoy led all rushers the last 2 years at texas. He's a joke.

re: Question about Crowton staying.

By tonight if Crowton hasn't resigned or found another job, he will be fired! Reasoning behhind it that LSU cannot assure the Next Off. cord of a Job unless Crowton is gone. I think Miles has been letting Crowton look for a job for a long time. They are both really good friends. Crowton knew what MIles was going to do with the Michigan Job for sure. LIke I stated they cannot annouced the new Off. cord unless Crowton is gone. I believe he has until tomorrow morning to state that he has either found another job or he will be fired.

The ESPN crew on the sidelines even noticed how awful it was. They were bitching today on the radio about "why da hell " was the field so wet??

Not worried at all, LSU will be just as good or better with next coach. A lot of these games we won this year should not have been even close.

Tenn, Ole miss, West Virgina, North carolina,

If team would have been coach more aggressive on offense even with our terrible QBS we won have easier. i just like the way the Man recruits and the types of players he gets

LSU fan here, definitley pulling for Auburn. Don't think Oregon is squeaky clean in recruting with "NIKE" owner involved, so screw that argument. Can't stand Pac 10 fans beating their chest whenever they play an SEC team that is down and then acting like they own the SEC.
IF I recall, LSU is 5-0 against the Pac 10 in the last 10 years.
LATIGER89, why are you so upset at the fans.?? Miles is def. using this as leverage and also showing his old college respect and granting them this interview. "thats all their is to it"

It would be hard for him to leave when you just recruited a guy ( Mettengber) who could take you to the National championship next year. Also way to much money to throw away. Michigan will not give Miles a 4.0 million salary that is guaranteed over 5 years.

I do agree, that if he leaves LSU , LSU will be fine!
Ditto on what Tigerfankaty just stated. Oregon will not be able to run the ball. QB will have to throw the ball to win the game. Auburn will win pulling away.

Great call, he was milking that ankle foot sprain or whatever the crap he called it. ON the replay they tried to show what messed his foot up, couldn't see anything. Understand it probably got twisted, but damn dude , quit acting like a puss.

re: Safety in the Sugar Bowl

The ref's concured, The whistle did not blow early, and the runner broke loose and tried to gain yardage, which starts the forward progess over at that time. So his forward progress never left the endzone.

Come on guys, it does not take an genius to understand the runner broke loose and was trying to regain lost yardage.

I picture that everytime I see Mallet, How awesome is that vid!! I really can't stand that guy.

IF Arkansas, would have had LSU two receivers ( Tolliver and Randle) they would have won that game by 2 touchdowns. Not kidding.

Davis is a great runner. Played very hard.

Ohio state came out in 1st half and threw the ball deep several times. I think that caught Hogs off guard. Ohio state played very aggressive the 1st half. I think Tressel finally got some balls and went hard after this win.

Low
Mallet can place the ball on the money if he has time, but he gets very nervous when a little pressure is applied to him. He was running out of the pocket before anyone was even near him. His 5 second release does not help him at all.

His will get killed in the NFL. His receivers didn't help him at all last night either.

That was a terrible forced throw into triple coverage last night on that last interception.

LOw
Players, coach, everyone looked like they were nervous az hell on the Arkansas side.

Arkansas played way to gimmicky on Defense 1st half. Should have just stuck with their basic defense scheme. Gave Ohio state way to much ground in the 1st half.

re: Auburn you embarrassed the SEC

Arkansas saves their worse game of the year for the sugar bowl. How many passes did those receivers drop. How weak did the defense look the 1st half. Secondary for Arkansas could never cover Ohio state recievers entire game.

Bunch of Redneck,redhair, Hillbillys!!!!

Steven Ridley IN

Just heard on ESPN 1420 network, that Ridley is supposed to be annouced to play in the Cotton bowl.

Trying to see if ESPN is updating their web site to verify.

FLorida QB Brantly looked scared to death the whole game. He kept throwing the 5 yard pass when they needed 10 yards for a 1st down.. The receiver running the 15 yard pattern was wide open most of the time, brantly was so worried about getting hit,he wouldn't even look at the 15 yard pattern. It was driving Urban Nuts!!!!

I have seen that happen at LSU numerous times with Jefferson..
