re: West Virginia University should be in the SEC

A Kentucky fan disparaging West Virginia on the basis of culture is the height of hypocrisy.
In fact, every college in the SEC is in a state that has their share of "poor white trash" as you guys seem so fond of saying.
If you want to dismiss WVU because of population, tv market, or something that has a basis in fact and is not based on stereotypes, have it.

West Virginia is 5-4 against SEC teams in the last 15 years (1999-2014), including 2-1 in Bowl games. But whatever.
re: Ever hear of Shannon Dawson? (new OC In waiting @ WVU)

Holgerson apparently keeping Lonnie Galloway (WR coach) from the current WVU staff. Pretty sure that's the only coach he's keeping. Maybe Chris Beatty. All other Off. coaches will be new guys brought in by Holgerson. Looks like Def. staff will remain intact. See you guys next year in Morgantown.

re: Does anyone rememeber we really wanted Noel Divine?

Devine would be no better than a third down back for LSU. Too many horses that are bigger and just as fast.
In fact, none of WVU's starters could crack LSU's two deep.
Sort of like when WVU faced Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl a couple seasons ago.
Wait.....?

I consider "no big cities" to be a good thing.
I like rural living. Don't have to deal with crime and congestion.

WVU is 5-1 against the last 6 SEC teams they've played.
1-0 Georgia
1-0 Ole Miss
2-0 Miss St
1-1 Auburn
??? LSU
WVU might get knocked out on Sat...who knows? But we've more than held our own against SEC competition. Would have beat Auburn at Auburn last year except for meltdown and turnovers in 2nd half.
