I played against him in high school. He knows football. Another good friend of mine who coaches in the NFL was an analyst with him. He speaks very highly of Russ. His dad has been an OC and head coach at the D1 level for years. Glad to have Russ on our staff!...

I love Coach O. I think he realizes that his entire future rides on this ending. Not many people get opportunities like this. He knows that he will never again get another chance to get a trial run at a school like LSU. That makes him very scary to other teams and very unpredictable. ...
