Don’t forget the flat bill douches with the squatted trucks and turndowns. shite should be illegal.
Again, Neville too cocky for their own good. Imagine that.
The nose guard last year was better. He’s at Miami this year. Tech’s entire d-line is new this year.
re: Stadium was about as quiet and nonchalant as I’ve ever seen last night.

I went to this game in Tech gear for reasons. Got Tiger baited once all day, and it was pretty tame. I think fans were on the high horse and not up for the home opener as mentioned in previous posts. I hope everyone wakes up and Tiger Stadium is on fire for Florida and real TV next week!

Schools do offer some advice, but it’s up to the kids to follow it. Really comes down to the parents/guardians getting involved and guiding the athletes. Unfortunately, there are a lot of ignorant people that will allow these kids to make poor decisions. I fully expect to see some fallout as described in the OP in the upcoming years when the govt comes for theirs.
Have a 2013 Kommander 48” cut (residential version). Went underwater in 2016. Changed fluids and filters and it was cutting grass while rebuilding the house. Changed two starters, couple pulleys, and some belts over the years. Other than that, routine maintenance, and it’s been cutting 1.5 acres since I bought it new.

Cumbie really is a good guy, and emphasizes “team” and “family” as much as possible. I think it was a lot to handle head coaching, offensive play calling, QB coaching, etc during the week and during the game. The modern game can be complex for one person to deal with all that, unless you have a hidden talent pool of assistants.
What gets lost is how difficult it can be to coach a team at a school this size in this crazy climate. Any semblance of success is short lived as it’s gone once the season ends. These rosters/coaching staffs at mid-majors get gutted yearly. Not unique, nor an excuse. Just tough to stay consistent. It’s why the good coaches make stupid money.
I’m hearing that Franklin has the offense running fast this season. Should see some more points scored this year offensively.

re: Effect of steel tariffs on raw steel

Domestic Steel prices are increasing.
During the last tariff experience, domestic mills/distributors that I was dealing with pushed out their own price increases when the import tariffs hit.

Could be a plate carrier with spare mags. Guy is in military style fatigues. Appears he went full out.
If this holds, it could screw over the kids that started college in 2024. They may have signed with a school based on roster needs with an upperclassman leaving. Freshman year, Burn a redshirt, or a year of eligibility only to have the NCAA tell them that these super duper seniors with redshirts and Covid years get to come back again? NCAA literally moving the goal posts on the freshman class of 2024 athletes. They need to stop changing the damn rules every fricking year because feelings (and greed). The governing body has created a disaster that is making the dream for thousands of athletes a convoluted mess.

Neville lost to Central. Two years in a row. That’s what the scoreboard said, twice. Go ahead and run this coach off, and try again next year.

Neville had over 300 yds on the ground against Central. Central didn't even have 150 total yds offensively. Neville dominated on both sides of the ball. In the end, the ONLY way for Neville to lose was a scoop and score on a blocked FG attempt and it happened. Central was fortunate to be in the Dome. The HC at Neville cost his team a trip to the Dome.
Man, them are some salty Neville Tiger tears. Neville had chances to pull away and didn’t, deal with it, or fire this head coach too. There were some INt’s and failure to converts. The Nichols kid did put up big numbers, but most of those numbers came on 3 or 4 big runs. And kudos to the O line for creating those lanes for him to run thru.
It’s petty to say that Central is fortunate to go to the dome. They were the better football team against Neville. Final score says so. Yards don’t equate to points last time I checked. End zone trips do. These athletes earned the right to play for the championship and, they proved to everyone they belonged there by winning the trophy in the most convincing fashion.
Last year wasn’t a fluke, and neither was this year. Time to accept it up there in north LA.

Not pretending to be more knowledgeable than anyone on here, but we don’t play for the Calpreps championship. This poll sounds like something for people who didn’t win the championship trophy to concern themselves with. You play the games in September to prepare yourself for the tough games in December. “Ratings”don’t always translate to the turf as we saw Saturday.
Running clock. Ouch Ruston
More like “who” 5A this year.

Probably the same crew from the Central-Dutchtown quarterfinal game last year.
Prayers to your and your family brother.

Dr. Jung in BR pulled all 4 of mine on a friday last year. I'm pushing 40, and heard how bad it can be the older you are. Was down for friday and part of saturday. As good of an experience as i could have asked for. everything healed up, and no problems to speak of.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the portal is lagging behind or something with the demand on the system. Like you all, we are ready to see some movement towards the funding.
