re: A&M to SEC Question

I have never really liked aTm.
No cheerleaders.
Too many gaye dudes screaming like girls.
So....No. - Get straight or stay in Texas where you belong...with the steers and queers.

Your name, mayhaw jelly, is one of the the most exquisite tasting things on the F'in planet.

What the hell? What kind of football program are you queers running over there in east Texas?
re: Are LSU fans cheering for Auburn or South Carolina tomorrow?

I don't like AUB or USCe, but here's what I think could happen....
1) Auburn wins SECCG
2) Auburn gets smoked in BCSNCG, losing the SEC respect that LSU and Florida had previously gained.
3) LSU hammers defending national champion Oregon in the season opener next year.....gaining the conferences respect back.

-As far as the game goes... well, I don't like the idea of playing a Saban team with a month off. If I want a W, I'd lean towards playing a fairly inept LSU offense and Les Miles on the sidelines over a Saban coached team.

Auburn, Arkansas, LSU, Alabama and Mississippi State, all need to win their bowl games.....for complete dominance.

INTERESTING STAT: The top five teams in the SEC West -- Auburn, Arkansas, LSU, Alabama and Mississippi State -- were 41-1 against all other teams. The only loss was Alabama's to South Carolina.

1) We beat Bama. (Agreed. High point of the season) ...100% agree
2) We finished with a better record than projected at the start of this season. (Only because we got lucky against Tennessee, Florida was worse than expected and we played a depleted NC team. We could have easily been a five loss team). ...We're 10-2 so I don't buy this. Ask ANY coach, luck has a lot to do with success in college football.
3) We beat Florida. (see #2 - we got by a mediocre Florida team) ...in the swamp.
4) Every game was very entertaining..(sometimes for unexpected reasons though). (Most games were excruciating and it is hard to be entertained when you are struggling to stay close to every team you play; including the ones you should blow out). ...If you're a fan of the Tigers, you had to be entertained...HAD to be!
5) Our players regularly displayed the kind of sportsmanship and attitude that's expected here at LSU, but not always seen at other SEC schools.
(compared to Auburn, I can't disagree). ...or Georgia, or Florida...
6) Les Miles runs a clean program. With all the allegations of recruiting violations at Auburn and possibly other SEC schools, LSU fans can be proud of our football program. (I'll give Les that). Les and our players.
7) We beat Ole Miss. (we let a poor team stay with us in Tiger Stadium for the crying out loud). ...I agree with this, but it's still Ole Miss and you know they were fired up for this game particularly.
8) We're going to a big bowl, not BCS, but I'm hoping for Cotton. (I am hoping for the Cotton too against a team we have a chance of beating, like a Texas A $ M or a Nebraska. I am afraid we want none of Mich. St. or Oklahoma). ...For selfish reasons, I want Nebraska.
9) Our coach proved to be one of the best in the business, and I'm proud he's a Tiger. (Les Miles is not the best coach in football, John Chavis is not the best DC in the SEC West and Gary Crowton is not the best offensive coordinator in Louisiana) ...Miles might not be THE best, but I wouldn't trade him for anyone.
10) We beat Bama.

re: My Arkansas Experience

I don't think Arkansas fans are any better or worse than any other SEC fanbase. You're going to find good and bad anywhere you go.
There is one odd thing I noticed though. All (and I do mean ALL) of the men in the restrooms pee sitting down. What's going on with that? Is it a superstition or something? Every time I went to the restroom, the Arkansas fans were waiting for the stalls even when urinals were available.
If no one explains this, I'll have to sum it up as one of the following.....
1) They all had the runs.
or
2) Arkansas fans are.....shy??
or
3) Arkansas fans are lazy.
....or maybe there's some other reason men from Arkansas squat to pee.....
