Vt and NCstate may actually be the better choice in the long run. They are bigger schools then either UVA or UNC so therefore produce more alumni which in turn means more TVs.

But for it to happen BIG10 would have to come knocking for UVA. Then VT and UVA would have to pressure the state to dissolve the law that the schools have to be in the same athletic conference. I could actually see that happening as the BIG 5 break away from the small conferences.
I will give you that Florida has been down a little lately. That is the reason for dropping out of the top 5 on the list. But when you are one of the only teams that can boast about having sold out every home contest from 1979 until 2011. You have a loyal fan base. Now for the last couple years it is a problem every stadium in every sport is having. People don't have the money and would rather sit at home and watch.

I think it is pathetic personally but it is getting harder and harder to write that check every year.
Florida needs O-line so I would take A.J. Cann from USCe. I big Guard like that would do wonders for this offense. No other choice for Florida. You can have the best skill positions in the world but games are won on the line.

What decline we are ranked int the top 20 and moving up. Once Walker is cleared watch out. Florida is a basketball school now.
One Bball success doesn't come from local recruiting. It has to be on a national level.

Two Florida being elite in the SEC, but still isn't the true national elite. We get a lot more respect then we use to. Even with what can be argued as the most accomplished single class of players ever. Only ranks on most people list in the low 20's as best ever team. Better is reserved for the UCLA's, Dukes and Kentucky's of the world.

Miami Students don't go to the games. That student section is a bunch of high school drop outs. I agree no aTm, LSWho or even VaTech. VT on a Thursday night is hard to compete with.
