I like watching football. There arent really "shitty" games in my opinion. I think the more we accept/run with this narrative the more players will miss bowl games. Aren't they practicing/advertising for their next job? If im hiring someone im asking why they quit their job. Maybe you start to see a pattern of quitting on their resume...

I believe we had zero false starts in the second half. So its fixable and the players are responding to the coaching.

It wouldnt surprise me. I watched the indiana game and i think they will challenge penn state and michigan for #2 or 3 in the big ten this year. They are a really good team. UCLA is not that bad. They are like a miss st, kentucky south carolina , vanderbilt level. They are coming off of a loss and will be ready to play.

Give me any of those athletic and tough les miles defenses now. The mentality of just 15 years ago is being reffed out, coached out and not taught...the world will change and so will the kids that conprise these teams.

We get that, but not everyone reads tiger rant everyday. We are all a little different . At different points in our lives. Maybe a better way to respond wouldve been. "Yeah, youre right, there were a few good threads about it over the weekend"...

If i had 1,000 i would buy 2 cases of steel shot, 4 dozen really nice duck decoys and a decent pair of neoprene chest waders. Somewhere in state, so the tax revenue can go to the state. I would kill about 200 ducks with that gear. I hope that convinces you.

Yeah, thats right. I dont often see Kelly being that specific. We desperately need one of the lineman to step up. We may have one or 2 that have.

I caught about 5 minutes of his show yesterday and noticed how he was very specific about Guillorys progression. He said he expects Guillory to hit the stat sheet for tackles this year. Not only does Guillory hold the point of attack he handles the blocker enough to see the ball and get it. That would be great. Last year our front three/ four did not play the run well. Just having a lineman that can stop a runningback for minimal gains is gonna be nice. Another poster said Jones finally got quicker. We needed that to happen too.. ..all this to say im EXCITED to see the defense play ball.

They are all one year better. I think we have tendencies to judge players in college to much based off of the past. They are drill being coached at this level and the majority of them get better each year. There are exceptions, but players continue to practice and work hard...and they get better

To me a 3 to 1 ratio is good enough to win most games. 4 and 5 to 1 and we will have a shot at the ship.

I'm encouraged by that clip. Stamps ran with Lacy and turned his head around to the ball. Lots of DBs don't turn head and try to face guard. Only thing he should do differently is squeeze Lacy to the sideline/out of bounds so QB doesn't have room to make that throw.
