Last year around mid 2020, ownership changed hands again. I think it was a previous co-owner who bought it back again. I remember it had co-owners and one of the co-owners passed and the family had disputes with the remaining co-owner. Fun stuff....

He became a five star. Same as Eisenhower and higher ranked than Patton and Bradley in ww2. He pretty much helped get Japan and Korea back on their feet. Japan and Korea never became communist thanks to him. He has alot of faults but he also has several positives....

If you go civil, get your masters in geotechnical engineering. Very stable career. Structures, highways, etc. need geotechnical engineering....
