re: Milam is the college Altuve

As you can see from my profile, I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico , where he is from. I watched him three times and was impressed.
Then I saw that he committed to LSU, and I hit my son up, cause he is a Centennial grad, like Milam
My boy told me he is Legendary for his discipline, work ethic, and toughness.
I’m biased. I want this dude to kill it.

Regardless, I see this dude as a potential LSU Legend!

Correct. As a former Spanish teacher, it is
Ooo-yo-uh
It’s even correct to say Oool-yo-uh, dependent on family preferences.
The double “L” is a “Y” in English.

Why did God give a Marine one more brain cell than a horse? So they don't poop during parades.

Time will tell. Well said. Leaders are there now. But leaders emerge when the first punches hit the head. Concur.

That 95 Nebraska team were men among boys. Just steamrolled through. I’d put them number 2.

2009 Bama would get my vote if I had to pick a “best” Bama team
Going to Fredericksburg to see Dylan and Gavin
Posted by VincentVega on 8/5/23 at 10:01 pm
I’ll 53 years old so I don’t wear game jerseys like a 70 years old losers fanboy.
My goal is to get Dylan and Gavin to FaceTime my boys.
How do I do this without being desperate and pathetic?
To give a semblance of context, Armando Rios is my favorite Tiger

Some honorable mentions:
Eric Martin
Nacho
Brooks should be much higher, IMO. You wouldn’t even know Highsmith was on the team if he played with Brooks
Eric Hill
Tre White
Jamarcus
Michael Clayton
Spitballing

Brooks was the best defender I ever saw at LSU. Nacho should be on the list too.
The only comparable defender I’ve seen at LSU as far as impact was Tyrann. But it’s easy to criticize other people’s lists. At least you had the nads to post something interesting knowing that some would crucify you for it.

re: Which Louisiana high school has produced the most top level athletes?

The Chief was the all time leading scorer in high school history for a long time. To say that Randy Livingston is the best (Period) discounts lots of great players.
Sure, Randy was great in high school. But his skills didn’t translate, although I wish we could have seen what he had. I still remember that knee buckling and it made me sick to my stomach. I think Perry McDonald was the best I’ve personally ever seen. And I watched Livingston a ton.

Olbermann is a truly pathetic person and always has been. He’s like Andy from “The Office”. Always talking about his Cornell degree. Yet he’s a complete and utter idiot.

That team threw down more dunks than I ever saw. Vernel had crazy, athletic dunks and Shaq and Roberts nearly took the goals down once every 5 minutes.
