This is getting interesting. From the Newnan Times Herald of May 27, 2010, Cecil Newton told the Newnan City Council that he would move forward with the renovations, but he was "in the midst of securing financing". It's not hard to find a mortgage recorded shortly after that date- nobody looked in the courthouse? Newnan Times Herald story 5-27-10

We were at the WM game, and Allen was very good. They did not run at him often and he is definitely a high motor guy- running down plays from the backside and hustling every down. He limited the Rummel offense just by being there- doesn't matter how many tackles he had or his stats. He is very good.
We were at the game, and he was pretty impressive. Lots of tackles despite being double teamed often, caused Dileo to fumble on the goal line, and blocked his butt off for the Leonards td and other plays, including a huge block on a punt return. I guess I will have to watch the tv game to try to see the weaknesses you saw, but live he was pretty good. Overall, he attracted a lot of attention from Parkview, and when 2-3 blockers were on him, it allowed his line to get a lot of stops, too. Let's see- Parkview had(-)1 yard rushing in the second half, and ND won the state championship- we thought he was pretty good.

I am looking forward to seeing this young man punt- heard he has a cannon for a leg and will do well at the next level.
Saw him against Kaplan in district championship game- fast and strong, and handled double teams well in holding the middle for ND. Very fast, should be a great game to see him in action. Also the punter for PBS, Wing, will be one to watch. Dileo from PBS is going to Michigan, have seen him play several times and he is their big game player.
