I'm with you LoyalTiger. I was all set to pull against Bama as the only SEC squad I wouldn't go for in the bowls. After they beat up FLA and even though that have Tricky Nicky, Mal Moore et al, I will have to go with the SEC for the National Championship. After watching Bo Pelini's D stymie Texas all night, I think that the Tide will beat Texas by a sound margin. All Gumps get ready not to repeat next year. The SEC, nor any other conference in the modern era will produce a consecutive BCS(BS)champion.

Loss to Rebels was excruciating. I'll let you call for Miles' head, but don't call out Lee. He's a kid and you know damned well that you couldn't play in his place so shut your pie hole about a 20 year old kid who makes nothing while Miles has made millions and blew this game. Be realistic about calling out players scumbag.

I'll never forget Matt Jones' TD pass at the end of the game to win it for the Razorbacks. Haunting. Wasn't a Saban coached and great DB now with the Giants, Corey Webster burned on that catch? Saban has faults and he is no god. The Iowa loss was a completely blown coverage on the final play of the bowl game with the venerable Saban responsible for his secondary again. He will not win the NC with Bama. Bama's luck just won't hold out.

Florida all the way. You Gumps have a good defense, but the Gators have a better one. McElroy is going to get crushed. He will look like the average QB that he is. Saban will rant and rave and throw his headset like a child. He is a no good mercenary and if Fatty Charlie gets beat up a bit more in South Bend don't think Saban won't Roll in a Tide of cash to be a Golden Domer. Can't wait to hear the Gumps crying Dec 5th.

INGRAM HAD A GOOD GAME. NOT ENOUGH NUMBERS FOR HEISMAN. KID FROM CLEMSON CJ SPILLER IS A BETTER OVERALL BACK...FASTER, RETURNS KICKS, ETC. MCCOY MIGHT GET IT IF LONGHORNS GO UNDEFEATED ALTHOUGH KID FROM HOUSTON, KEENUM, HAS HUGE NUMBERS. ANTHONY DIXON FROM STATE IS THE BEST BACK IN THE LEAGUE. IF HE HAD BAMA'S LINE HE'ED HAVE CLOSE TO 2,000 YARDS. INGRAM WILL HAVE TO WAIT. HE WON'T WIN IT.

I CAN'T STAND LANE KIFFIN, BUT HIS COMMENTS AFTER THE VOL/TIDE GAME MAKE A LOT OF SENSE. WHEN ASKED WHY HE DIDN'T ATTEMPT TO GET CLOSER FOR THE FIELD GOAL IN THE CLOSING MOMENTS OF THE GAME HE STATED THAT HE DIDN'T TRUST THE OFFICIATING. HATS OFF TO LANE FOR THAT ONE!

jULIO SHOWED PETERSON NOTHING. PETERSON WASN'T IN THE GAME WHEN THE 73 YARDER WAS CAUGHT. SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED BACK ANYHOW BECAUSE OF THE ILLEGAL BLOCK IN THE BACK ON BRANDON TAYLOR THAT DANIELSON ET AL REFERRED TO AS A "BAD ANGLE". PAR FOR THE COURSE FOR THE FARCE WE HAD TO ENDURE OUT OF THE ZEBRAS YESTERDAY.

Anyone see how Julio Jones really scored? Besides Peterson being on the sidelines for Jones' wonderful ESPN highlight TD; Bama O-lineman #77 blocked Tiger Brandon Taylor in the back which threw him completely off balance. Another in a long line of pathetic calls. A truly sickening day for Tiger fans. I don't like Florida, but I hope the SEC's Dream Match Up is FLA 56 Bama Nuttin--Screw you Slive, get a pair.
