One of my favorite restaurants is Israeli. Zahav in Philadelphia. It's incredible. Glad we finally have something that seems similar.

Flew from Miami to Lima Peru and the cabin got thick with the smoke. Factor in the turbulence of passing over the Andes and i thought I was gonna turn green.

...Felipe's, zea....newer restaurants should be more equipped to handle rotating brews that might include an IPA. Older restaurants only have a few taps which drop the usuals (miller, bud, and sometimes Coors)

Bouchon is excellent....get the Skate. Mesa Grill as well...get the pork loin and stuffed poblano on the side. Otto is good also...braised pork shoulder is excellent.
