My theory of Kim vacuuming out has died...and I'm ok with that.
The best part of this show is that it always surprises me.

It's not about doing business, all he knows is that she knows where he lives and she isn't in his inner circle. We have seen that Gus doesn't take chances and removing someone who might be a risk is how he handles his business.

There was one of Gus' guys watching Jesse and one guy Walt came down in the elevator with to save Jesse. Those are the two bodies because Walter and Jesse didn't have time to drop them in acid before they torched the lab....

At first, I thought this whole plan would backfire on Kim and Jimmy. But after watching Jimmy interact with Kim after the Howard rumble, I don't think Jimmy was tricked by Howard at all.
I think Jimmy played along to give Howard a semblance of a win before he is totally destroyed by their scheme...
