This was inevitable. I left Woopig a few years back because it was turning into a politically driven slap fight in just about every area of the site. Elvishog nailed it in his final message, the political forum morphed into a very scary place (not unlike most political forums these days, but I don't blame him for wanting to dissociate himself from it.)
I spent many years talking Razorback sports and other topics there, had fun when it was a fun place.

Kim is the 3rd wife. The writers addressed that in the episode when Saul and Kim were married.
When they're applying for a marriage license at the courthouse, the clerk asks for paperwork confirming Jimmy's “two previous dissolutions” so he and Kim can make their relationship official.

That is what I was going with but I was wrong.
Kim straight up leaving wasn’t something I thought she would do. I don’t mind being wrong, it’s fun to try to guess what will happen, even when I get it wrong.

My theory of Kim vacuuming out has died...and I'm ok with that.
The best part of this show is that it always surprises me.
I like that Kim straight up left Jimmy...means we will definitely see her again in the Gene timeline.

Although Kim still doesn't know who Gus is, I wonder if Gus's surprising disregard for Nacho's life despite Mike's pleas is setting him up to have some obsession over Kim being a threat or a loose end. Just a random thought, I only notice aobut 10% of the details of the show that many on this thread see.
This is exactly how I'm seeing it. Gus might be spooked knowing Kim was willing to shoot him and she knows his strategy for hiding using a doppelganger.

I don’t remember that scene. Do you recall which season/episode it was?
Referring to when Saul met Gus.
Season 3, Episode 2

This is exactly the scene in BB that explains why Kim could be in trouble and not Jimmy.
Saul only knows about the meth through Nacho, Lalo & Mike...and that was only a tiny bit of information.
The only time Jimmy met Gus is when Mike had him go into Los Pollos to see if he saw anything suspicious. Gus helped him get his watch out of the garbage and that was the end of the interaction. Jimmy was none the wiser as to the purpose or who Gus really is.
I will say this could go either way and the Kim being vacuumed theory is in a 50/50 state for me at the moment.

He is hiding, he is a meth dealer pretending to be a mild-mannered chicken restaurant owner.
However, if you find that reasoning weak, consider this: Kim isn't handling the whole Lalo killing Howard situation very well and she scares Gus into thinking she might talk. Gus, in his usual way, wants to get rid of a potential problem.
Mike respects Kim and would help her disappear in that situation.

It's not about doing business, all he knows is that she knows where he lives and she isn't in his inner circle. We have seen that Gus doesn't take chances and removing someone who might be a risk is how he handles his business.

Not to bust your scenario down or anything but after last night's episode, if Kim and Jimmy simply get divorced, I'd be highly disappointed.
I don't see the events of this episode pushing them apart, I think it will make their bond even closer after the near-death experience.
My guess is that Mike will tell Kim that Gus wants her dead to trim a loose end. Mike will advise her to get the hell out of there before it's too late.

There was one of Gus' guys watching Jesse and one guy Walt came down in the elevator with to save Jesse. Those are the two bodies because Walter and Jesse didn't have time to drop them in acid before they torched the lab.

Also, Lalo's death probably just eliminated Kim from being vacuumed.
You are forgetting one dangerous person who now knows who she is...Gus Fring.
Kim being vacuumed is still much in play.

Which leads me to think it will be something else. Though it also goes in well with Gene I guess.
The problem in saying that Vince is going to throw a curveball about Kim disappearing is the fact that up until this season, most people here figured Kim would die.
I've been saying Kim will likely use the vacuum service for years now. Most people thought Nacho would be the one.
Now that more info is out there, my guess is looking pretty good.

Zero chance this is what happened.
When Jimmy and Kim were laying in bed he says to Kim, "I let Howard suck me in to his game. I should have left him standing there like a putz. Why did I do that?"
Jimmy and Kim may have thought or even wanted Howard to eventually find them out, but there is no way he went there that night to get in a ring with Howard.
Jimmy said those things in a regretful way. Kim's reply of "because you know how it ends" was expressing the point that Jimmy felt bad for Howard.
Am I saying that Jimmy knew they were going to box? No. Am I saying that Jimmy knew he was going there to meet Howard? Yes.

At first, I thought this whole plan would backfire on Kim and Jimmy. But after watching Jimmy interact with Kim after the Howard rumble, I don't think Jimmy was tricked by Howard at all.
I think Jimmy played along to give Howard a semblance of a win before he is totally destroyed by their scheme.

I have been pondering a question in my mind and I hope we have an answer before BCS comes to an end:
Saul's college film crew was not seen in BB, how will they die?
