re: Beaux Hebert

My school over here in Atlanta has played GAC for the past two years with Beaux as GAC's starter. He isn't very good at all to be honest, that team has won only 5 or 6 games the past two years. In his defense, his supporting cast hasn't been great but they have had a pretty good WR or two. Anyways he is better at Bball than Football as far as I can see.

Well its not like LSU did anything to him. If he's bitter, his anger would be geared at Michigan and not LSU. The best thing he could do to get back at UM for not offering him the job would be to show them what he can do at LSU.

That's a rather ridiculous assesment. LSU plays in the SEC, its not exactly shocking that they have few games that are locked in as wins. I don't care how good they are, that will be the case. Second, the idea that LSU has 4 probable losses on their schedule is downright insane. As far as Ole Miss goes there is no particular reasons that they will be better especially with Snead leaving. Arkansas will be a fight, but a sure loss of course not. And shoot, its not like LSU got throttled by Alabama or Florida this year so there not even sure losses. Football is a sport, there is no such thing as certainty in results. Not to mention that LSU is an upper tier SEC team for whom there is no such thing as a sure loss.
re: it is real simple what our problem is on offense

Well, it seems like this poor offensive line play is a relatively new phenomenon, just this year in fact. Regardless of Stud's coaching ability its hard to believe that the deterioration of the line doesn't have a lot to do with new personnel and the loss of Helms/H. Johnson.

Does this mean that BG will be in charge of installing all of our passing plays. That would be a strange arrangement.
Does anyone have an idea of what a "passing game coordinator" does?

re: Bobby vs Les

A friend of mine is a next door neighbor with T-Bob (in Atlanta). He tells me that T-Bob was really pissed at Miles after the Ole Miss debacle. I'm sure his dad feels the same way. But, I don't know if there was enmity between Bobby and Les before that.
re: Can anyone in the SEC challenge Alabama next year?
Posted by SuwaneeTiger on 12/6/09 at 9:42 pm
Yeah. Saban's 58, so he can probably go for another decade at least. Bama will go 14-0 and win the SEC and NC every year he's there. By the time he retires Bama will be on a 140 game winning streak.
What an idiot.

What has PSU done this year that makes you think they can beat LSU?
re: Do you pull for the SEC sponsored Bama - really?????
Posted by SuwaneeTiger on 12/6/09 at 9:36 pm
To have 4 consecutive NC's won by 3 different SEC teams is a far more important thing than maintaining Bama hatred.
roll tide.

re: Anybody worried about the bowl game?

Okay... Why would Miles try to mess up on purpose in the regualr season, and then become concerned about job security in the post season.
re: I sure hope LSU is better than the stats show
Posted by SuwaneeTiger on 12/4/09 at 5:51 pm
A team's win loss record is a much better indication of how good a team is than any statistics. The point is to win, so if a team wins then that's all that matters. Our losses to UF and UA were very close, and the loss to UM was ridiculous. Don't imagine that LSU isn't a good team. Not to mention that Miles finds a way come up big in bowl games.

A new D line coach? We just got Haley this year. Maybe give him more than one season.
